3×4 inbreed on Florestan with double presence of Speedy Crown in the male line, Quibble has felt more comfortable on short distances so far. She qualified on 16 February 2007 with a 1′19 »4 performance at Meslay-du-Maine.

She was taken away from a local horse trainer, whose name we choose not to reveal out of sheer politeness, to be left in the care of Parisian horse trainer Laurent-Claude Abrivard. She first made herself known on Amiens racetrack as she took a valiant 2nd place behind a mare trained by Thierry Duvaldestin.

Two weeks later, she won a race of the same category, the Ronssoy Prize, on the mentioned above racetrack. This was the first win of her starting career. On the occasion of Vichy Summer Meeting, we registered her in the Prix de l’Esterel. It appeared to be a slightly long race for her current capacity, but she nontheless took the 4th place, even though she showed signs of fatigue toward the end. This performance was followed by a valiant 3rd place in the Prix de l’Isère, then came another win on 12 June in the Prix de Jullianges, again on Vichy racetrack.

Her earnings amount to € 41,440 at present, and she is bound to be regularly seen at Enghien or Vincennes in high level events for mares.
